This is my second time having Ozzie as a tech. and once again, he did an amazing job at assessing the issues and giving the best recommendations. He has been spot on in regards to the problem and the solution! It's been a pleasure working with AC Comfort.
We couldn't be happier with our experience with this AC company! From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and were always on time.
Our house had a serious humidity problem, and we had gotten used to using humidifiers throughout the house. They told us that with the new system, we wouldn't have that problem anymore. Honestly, we were skeptical and couldn't believe it—but they were absolutely right! The difference has been incredible, and we are so happy with the results.
What impressed us the most is that they truly know what they're doing. We initially thought we would need larger equipment, but they explained that we didn't and recommended the system that was actually right for our home. They never tried to oversell us or convince us to spend more than necessary.
It may not be the cheapest option, but we knew we were making the right investment because we could tell we were working with professionals who genuinely know their business and care about doing things correctly.
We highly recommend them 100%! If you're looking for an AC company you can trust, communicate well, and do the job right, this is the company to call.

Rey and the team really helped us out when our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer, they were there within hours considering they had multiple jobs but dedicated to a time and showed up and got the job done.

The absolute best AC company that's ever served our family. Attention to detail and explanation of things are so thorough with visuals to help. I don't ever feel pressured to upgrade or make changes to our system. The annual subscription for checkups include cleaning, and our rep even went out of his way to take out all of our old filters that we had stacked in the attic out for garbage pickup... That was at least 3 trips! I highly highly highly recommend.

I would like to express my gratitude with Ac Comfort and their great Staff. Jose Hernandez inspected my Home Ac and broke down the science behind a cooler home and factors that affect its performance. He is very knowledgeable and respectable. I ended up getting new system installed because my old system was in horrible shape. installers were also great in answering our questions and satisfying our concerns. We are happy with our experience and the system is saving us money and working perfectly.
