Jose came out and was very thorough and explained concerns clearly. This was just for a second opinion.
I'm what some companies may call a bit of a pita. I ask a lot of questions and I'm pretty nosy.
...these guys rock.
So far I've had my initial visit for one unit, dude was a rockstar, had another visit for my other unit, dude and his trainee was a rockstar, and the follow-up visit for that second unit, dudes were... You guessed it... Rock stars. The lady who answers the phone, rock star.
All were extremely patient, very informative, and I feel fairly treated.
They take lots of pictures, go into great detail explaining what they're showing me, and their work is just solid.
I think I found my people. :)
The owner, David, was introduced to me by a friend. He recommended David very highly in doing AC maintenance. I called the AC Company on June 25 due to the AC at my house went out. On that same day a tech person came out to check the AC Unit. I was given bad news that the compressor was burnt out and could not be fixed. Then on Friday 26, David, the owner of AC Comfort came by to double check the unit. He said that the compressor was burnt out and needed the AC Unit replaced. He quoted a price and I agreed to it because it was a very reasonable price.
On Saturday 27th the Tech men came at 9 a.m. and were done by 11:30 on this morning. David, the owner of AC Comfort came by to check on things to make sure that everything was going okay.
The tech man that stayed behind was very nice and told me how much I was to pay for the work. I was shocked and asked if, he was sure? He called his boss; David and he said that this was the correct price for the AC Unit.
I was shocked and so surprised and felt so BLESSED by the price of the AC Unit. I told him that they are a blessing and am so grateful for this. I am limited with my income since I do not work anymore. He said that his boss is a good person and tries to help his customers as best as he can. I told him that I am so glad that my friend recommended the AC Comfort Company. I will definitely recommend the AC Comfort Company.
To conclusion, I am so happy with the new unit and feel very blessed with everyone at AC Comfort Company. I want to thank everyone that helped out in making this happen for me. Thank you so much for everything. Thank you for making my house cool again and for making it possible for me to get a new unit. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
Outstanding service from beginning to end. Dylan and the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure we had our AC back on before end of day when it went out on the hottest day of the year. I called a little before 5pm and Dylan was at my house by 6pm. Will use again in the future, thank you!

Jose came out to give a second opinion on an AC unit that was not operating. He listened to the issue I presented to him, and with full transparency what the previous company had suggested. Jose quickly did his own analysis, not being swayed by anything I communicated, and very quickly identified the issue. He explained the issue, what he believes is the cause, and the solution. He fixed the issue extremely fast (he was right), explained what he was doing along the way, and provided valuable lessons. Highly recommend.
